  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message/call.

  • Gulheedmart has the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect information or unavailability.

4. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay when the product arrives at your doorstep.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address.

  • Refusing or canceling the parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in:

    • Future orders being blocked

    • Advance payment required for future purchases

Online Payments / Bank Transfer

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch.

  • Payment proof is required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is typically 2–5 working days depending on location.

  • Remote areas may take longer.

  • Delivery is free

  • Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We allow returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Not eligible for return:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene-related items (earbuds, beauty tools, etc.) unless defective

Return shipping cost may apply depending on the situation.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Frequent cancellations may lead to blocking your COD eligibility.
