Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock or delayed, you’ll be informed immediately.

Delivery Time (Pakistan):
Standard Cash on Delivery orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier workload.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping if free of cost.

Order Confirmation:
All orders require verification via SMS or phone call. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your parcel.

Failed Deliveries:
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they may try again. Multiple failed attempts may result in cancellation.

Damaged Parcels:
If the parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it. Inform us immediately with pictures so we can handle the issue.

Wrong Address Responsibility:
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery delays or failed delivery are the customer's responsibility.
