Refund policy

At Gulheedmart, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return

A return or exchange is only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a missing item from your order

To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

If the item has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for return.


2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Earbuds, earphones, headphones

  • Beauty tools/skincare electronics

  • Underwear, socks, shapewear

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage


3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective item delivered

  • Order canceled before shipping

  • Returned product successfully approved after inspection

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Cash refunds are NOT provided on the doorstep.

Refund processing time: 2–5 working days after inspection.


4. Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible, you may request:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Exchange with another item (price difference applicable)

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact Gulheedmart within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order number + photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the problem.

  4. If approved, you will be guided on how to return the parcel.

  5. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.


6. Order Refusal on Delivery

Refusing a COD order without a valid reason causes loss to the business.

Therefore:

  • Refusing parcels repeatedly may result in the customer being blocked.

  • Future orders may require advance payment only.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item delivered was wrong or defective.

  • If it’s our mistake, Gulheedmart covers the return shipping.


8. Final Decision

Gulheedmart holds the right to approve or reject any return or refund request if the claim does not meet policy requirements.
